Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for your Invyzo module subscriptions.
1. Subscriptions
Invyzo modules are billed per module on a monthly or annual cycle — with an optional bundle covering all modules — through our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. You can cancel any subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
3. Refunds
Given the low monthly price, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a problem that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@invyzo.com from the address associated with your account, including the date of the charge and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com to your original payment method.
