Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Histria Dev, the operator of Invyzo ("Invyzo", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Invyzo website and application, an online invoicing and document service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Invyzo lets you create, customize, and download professional invoices and documents. The service is organized into independently billed modules — Invoices, Résumés, Contracts, Certificates, and Proposals — each offered on a paid subscription with a monthly or annual billing cycle, plus an optional discounted bundle covering all modules. Subscriptions allow unlimited use of the subscribed modules, subject to reasonable fair-use limits intended to prevent abuse (for example automated bulk generation or resale of the service).

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must notify us promptly at info@invyzo.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Invyzo.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, applicable taxes, and payment data. Each module is billed separately on the billing cycle you choose (monthly or annual), and the all-modules bundle is billed as a single subscription. New accounts include a free trial of the individual modules; you will not be charged during the trial, and paid access starts only if you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel any module at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the current billing period. If we change prices, we will give you reasonable advance notice and the change will apply from your next billing cycle. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Invyzo for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose — including issuing invoices or certificates you are not authorized to issue — and not to interfere with the operation or security of the service, probe or circumvent its access controls, or resell or provide the service to third parties as your own offering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the business, client, invoice, and document data you enter and the logos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices and documents you generate and for having the rights to any content you upload. We recommend downloading copies of documents you need to keep.

6. Our intellectual property

The Invyzo service — including its software, design, templates, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the service other than the right to use it as intended. Documents you generate with the templates are yours to use freely.

7. Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day recovery window: your account is deactivated immediately, your paid subscriptions are set to cancel, and after 30 days your account and its data are permanently deleted. You can restore your account at any point during that window by signing back in and choosing to restore it. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms; where reasonable, we will notify you first.

8. Disclaimers

Invyzo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Invyzo is an invoicing and document tool: it does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice, and the built-in templates — including contract templates — are general starting points, not advice on your specific situation. Consult a qualified professional where your documents have legal or financial consequences.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app reasonably in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
