Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a free month of all five modules. No credit card is needed, and you're never charged unless you choose to subscribe.
What happens when my trial ends?
Modules you haven't subscribed to switch off until you do. Everything you've created stays safe in your account and is there again the moment you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any module from your billing settings. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly billing is $1 per module each month. Yearly billing is $10 per module, paid once a year — two months free compared with paying monthly.
How does the Everything bundle work?
The bundle covers all five modules in a single subscription for $4 a month or $40 a year — 20% less than subscribing to each module separately.
How are sales tax and VAT handled?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle works out any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live and shows it at checkout before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge, for any reason. Email info@invyzo.com and we'll take care of it.
